Here is the complete process for submitting a new visa application with us:

1. Place your order

You can add multiple visas to your cart and check out together if you are applying for several people.

2. Pay the visa fee

Make the payment using the available payment methods.

3. Complete the online application form

Upload all required data and documents, such as:

• Passport biodata page

• Profile photo

• Flight ticket (if needed)

• Personal details

4. We prepare all required supporting documents

If your visa type requires it, we will provide:

• Guarantor/sponsor letter

• Bank statements

• Any additional documents needed for approval

5. We check and submit your application

We verify all information, ensure everything complies with Immigration requirements, and then submit your visa application to Indonesian Immigration.

6. Receive your visa by email

Once your visa is approved, you will receive it directly by email.
You can enter Indonesia with the digital visa (no physical label required).

If your visa has already expired, you must expect to pay an overstay fine of 1,000,000 IDR per person per day.

The fine must be paid in cash at the airport or at the Immigration Office when you leave Indonesia. It’s important to plan a bit of extra time for the payment process.

Longer overstays can lead to more serious consequences, such as:

• Complications with future visa applications

• Deportation

• Entry bans

What should you do now?

Start the extension process immediately.
Whether an extension is still possible depends on your visa type and how long you have overstayed.

✔ 2. If an extension is not possible

Leave Indonesia as soon as possible to minimize the overstay fine and avoid further consequences.

Important:

The longer you remain in Indonesia without a valid visa, the higher the risk of:

• increased fines

• administrative issues

• immigration investigations

Rejections are very rare.

In our experience, we have not had a single case where a visa application was rejected, as long as all requirements were met and the applicant provided accurate information.

When can a visa be rejected?

A rejection usually only occurs in exceptional cases, such as:

• The applicant is listed on the Indonesian immigration blacklist

• Previous violations of Indonesian immigration or criminal law

• An outstanding international arrest warrant

• Providing false information or forged documents

For standard applicants who meet the official visa requirements, the visa is normally approved without issues.

No, you do not need to visit our office.

The entire visa application is handled online. We only need scans or clear photos of your required documents, which you can upload directly via our online application form. You can complete everything comfortably from home.

Indonesia does not offer a dedicated Transit Visa. Travelers typically use a regular tourist visa for short stays during transit.

Most travelers use the Visa on Arrival (VoA) or the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA):

• eVOA (recommended):
  ​Apply online before your trip, so you already have the visa upon arrival.

• Visa on Arrival:
  You can buy it after landing in Indonesia, but long queues are possible.

If you are not eligible for VoA/eVOA:

You will need a C1 visit visa, which requires an application and takes several days to process.
→ This visa must be arranged before traveling.

For frequent visitors or regular transits:

If you regularly enter Indonesia for short stays or transit, you may consider the D1 Multiple Entry Visa. It allows multiple entries within its validity period and eliminates the need to purchase a visa on every arrival.

Indonesia does not offer a dedicated “Transit Visa”.

However, travelers still need a visa during transit, depending on whether they have to enter Indonesia. You need a visa if you must clear immigration during your transit for any of the following reasons:

• You must re-check your luggage when changing planes

• You must change terminals that require immigration clearance

• You have an overnight layover and need to stay in a hotel

• You want to leave the airport for a short visit

• Your transit time exceeds the maximum allowed in-airport stay
  (e.g., staying longer than 24 hours or sometimes 8 hours, depending on the airport rules)

Important:
Whether you need to re-check your luggage depends on your airline and ticket type.
We cannot check this for you. You must ask your airline directly.

If you are eligible for Visa on Arrival (VoA):

We recommend applying for the e-Visa on Arrival (eVOA) before traveling.
This avoids queues and ensures you have the correct visa for transit.

If you are not eligible for VoA:

You will need one of the following:

• C1 Single-Entry Tourist Visa (for one entry)

• D1 Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa (for frequent visits or repeated transits)

These visas allow you to enter Indonesia during transit without issues.

When entering Indonesia, travellers are allowed to bring certain goods duty-free, up to the limits set by Indonesian Customs.

1. Personal goods

You may bring personal items with a total value of up to USD 500 per person without paying import duties.

Families travelling together can combine their allowance (e.g., USD 500 × number of family members).

2. Tobacco products

You may bring one of the following duty-free:

• 200 cigarettes, or

• 25 cigars, or

• 100 grams of sliced tobacco

These limits cannot be combined (e.g., cigarettes + cigars).

3. Alcohol

Each traveller may bring up to 1 liter of alcoholic beverages duty-free.

4. Important notes

• If you exceed the duty-free allowances, you must declare the items and may have to pay import duties/taxes.

• Customs rules may occasionally change — if your quantities are close to the limit, it’s safer to double-check the latest regulations.
