Description
The SKTT for Indonesia is a document confirming your residency in Indonesia with the NIK (Nomor Induk Kependudukan), commonly required for foreigners who wish to purchase vehicles, open bank accounts, or engage in other official activities. The SKTT is issued by the local Dukcapil (Civil) office, and obtaining it requires submitting a range of supporting documents.

Requirements
It is important that the address on your KITAS and domicile letter from your local banjar (village office) match.
- Passport valid for at least 18 months
- KITAS with a minimum validity of 6 months
- Recent passport photo
- STM (Surat Tanda Melapor/Report Letter) from the police office
- Domicile letter from your banjar – apply here
- Previous SKTT (if available)
- Work permit (if applicable)
- Sponsorship documents (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate (in English/Indonesian).
- Blood type
- Father’s full name
- Mother’s full name
- Religion
- Marital status
From Sponsor:
- KTP (Indonesian ID Card)
- Kartu Keluarga (Family Certificate).
Procedure
- Add the service for the SKTT to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the SKTT.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- Once we receive all the required data and your visa fee payment, we will start the process. If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account.
The entire process is online and the processing time is about 5-7 working days.
