The Single-Entry Company Internship Visa (C22B) for Indonesia (former B211A visa) is suitable for anyone traveling to Bali or anywhere else in Indonesia for internships in a company.
The initial visa is valid for 60 days or 180 days. The 60-day visa is extendable up to two times for 60 days each. The 180-day option is extensible once for 180 additional days.
Important: A personal visit at the Immigration office is required for all extensions.
Attention: An onshore application for a C22B visa is no longer available. This means you have to apply outside of Indonesia for your Visa. Please contact us early if you are planning to fly out and come back with a new C22/C22B visa to make the process as smooth as possible.

From the time the Company Internship Visa is issued, it is valid for 90 days, meaning you need to enter Indonesia within that period; otherwise, the visa becomes invalid.
The C22B Company Internship Visa for Indonesia is suitable if you are planning an internship in a company based in Indonesia. - In case you stay up to 120 days, it’s best to choose the “60-day option” or “120-day option”. The 120-day option includes one extension. Therefore, you have to visit the nearest immigration office.
- In case you stay more than 120 days, it’s best to choose the “180-day option”. With this option, your visa is initially valid for 180 days, and you do not have to visit the immigration office.

Requirements
We have divided the requirements for the visa into two subsections. In the first section, you will see what is required for the application, and in the second what is needed for your flight and entry into Indonesia.
For the visa application, you need the following:
1. Color Copy of Passport ID Page
A scan of the ID page is required. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of entry into Indonesia. Proper scans are recommended but if you take photos instead, make sure all corners are visible and no fingers can be seen. All letters and numbers must be readable.
2. Passport Photo/Profile Picture
At least 3.5 x 4.5 cm, 100KB and 400x600px. You must be facing straight to the camera, wear formal clothes and the background must be white or light coloured. You shouldn’t be positioned too far or too close to the camera. A selfie is accepted as long as the resolution is high and you are facing straight to the camera.
3. Personal Bank Statement from the past 3 months with min. USD 2000 balance
Bank statement must include the applicant’s name, dates for a period of 3 months and a minimum balance of USD 2000 or equivalent in another currency.
4. Internship Contract
A statement from a government agency or private institution as the host of the internship program.
You must submit all data and documents in our application form. You will get access immediately after we receive your payment.
For departure and entry
Please have on hand the following documents for your flight check-in and entry into Indonesia:
1. Your Passport
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia and have at least one blank page. Even if you want to extend your visa, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of extension.
2. Visa
We will send you the visa with a QR code. You should print this document for security reasons. But your visa is also electronically connected to your passport and will be recognized once your passport is scanned.
3. Return Ticket
In addition to your flight ticket TO Indonesia, you may be required to show a return or onward ticket when departing for or entering Indonesia. Some airlines may refuse boarding if the ticket is not within 60 days of your entry into Indonesia. The immigration officer in Indonesia can also deny entry if you fail to show a return or onward ticket. If you don’t have a valid return or onward ticket, we can make a flight reservation for you. We don’t charge you any extra cost for this.
4. Arrival Card
You can add this to your shopping cart with us or fill it out yourself at the earliest 72 hours before entry.

Procedure
- Add the Visa for Indonesia to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the visa application and upload the required documents. You will also get access to this form via email.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will upload the data into the immigration system.
Information: If you have chosen bank transfer as the payment method, we will need a bank transfer receipt from you, as sometimes it takes a while for the money to show up on our account. - We will send you your e-visa by email, with which you can enter Indonesia.
