Would you like to extend your Work visa (Work KITAS)? You can book the extensions here. The Work KITAS can be extended up to 5 times. This means you can stay in Indonesia for up to 6 years with a work visa.

Requirements
Required Documents (from Applicant):
- Original Passport (minimum validity 18 months)
- E- KITAS
- Personal Indonesian tax card (NPWP)
- RPTKA recommendation letter (valid as long as the working contract remains valid)
- IMTA (with a validity of 6 months / 1 year)
- DPKK notification and proof of payment
- Color copy of the insurance document (Health BPJS and Labor BPJS)
- Bachelor’s degree certificate in English (with legalization)
- Bank statement with a minimum balance equal to USD 3,000
- Domicile letter from banjar or SKTT (proof of residence)
Required Documents (from Employer/Company):
- Color scan of the mandatory manpower report (Wajib Lapor)
- Color scans of company document
- Color scan of the director’s or manager’s ID or KTP
- Color scans of the employee’s ID and a photo with a red background
- Blank letterhead of the company containing email addresses, physical address, and phone number
- Company stamp (ink)
Procedure
- You can directly add the Work KITAS Extension to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to a form where you can enter all relevant data for the KITAS extension and upload the required documents.
- We will check your data and documents and get back to you within one business day via email or WhatsApp.
- If everything is correct and we have received your visa fee payment, we will submit your data to the Immigration office.
- Once we get the date and time of your personal appointment at the immigration we will let you know.
- After the photo and fingerprints are taken, we will wait until the extension process is done and the new E-KITAS is issued.
Please note that the extension process can only start 30 days before your current stay permit expires.
