Getting into Indonesia just got simpler! Our Indonesia Arrival Card service handles all your entry paperwork online. No more waiting in long lines or scrambling to fill out forms at the airport. Just show up with your digital arrival card ready to go.
⚠️ Please note: the Arrival Card is just an additional document, not the actual visa. You will also need a visa in order to enter Indonesia – for example, Visa on Arrival or C1 Visa.
Whether you’re visiting Jakarta, Bali, or any other Indonesian destination, we’ve got you covered. Let us take care of the paperwork so you can focus on your adventure.
Description
The Indonesia Arrival Card is Indonesia’s new integrated digital arrival system that combines immigration, customs, and health declarations into one simple form. Instead of filling out separate paperwork, complete everything through a single online submission.
What makes it special? This system streamlines your entry process by handling all required declarations digitally. You’ll get a QR code that works at customs and immigration checkpoints.
Who needs it? All international travelers entering Indonesia, whether you’re a foreign visitor, Indonesian citizen returning home, business traveler, or tourist. It’s mandatory at major airports like Jakarta, Bali, and Surabaya starting September 2025, with nationwide rollout by October.
How it works: Complete your form up to 72 hours before arrival. Show your QR code at the airport for faster processing. No more paper forms or separate customs declarations.
Requirements
Documents You’ll Need :
- Valid Passport (with at least 6 months remaining)
- Personal Information
- Accommodation Information (hotel name or address where you’re staying)
- Flight Details (place of arrival, flight number, arrival date)
- Travel Details (belonging, previous destination, health condition)
Procedure
- Add to Cart: Purchase the Indonesia Arrival Card by adding it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout just like any online purchase.
- Fill Out Your Form: After checkout, we’ll send you a secure link to complete your arrival card form. Take your time filling it out accurately. Double-check your passport details, flight information, and Indonesian address.
- Form Review: Our team reviews every application carefully. We’ll contact you immediately if we need any additional information or spot any errors. Don’t worry, we’re here to help make sure everything’s perfect.
- Processing & QR Code Generation: Here’s the important part: Indonesian regulations only allow us to submit your arrival card data 3 days before your arrival. You’ll receive your QR code 2-3 days before your trip. Mark your calendar!
- Upon Arrival: You’re all set! Present your QR code to Indonesian Immigration officers when you arrive. Skip the manual processing lines and enjoy a faster entry experience.
Pro Tip: Save your QR code to your phone’s photo gallery as a backup. Wi-Fi at airports can be spotty sometimes!
