The e-Visa on Arrival allows travel for tourism, visiting family or friends, business activities such as meetings or signing contracts, site visits to facilities like factories or offices, and receiving medical treatment or other healthcare services.
You have the option to create an account on the immigration portal (evisa.imigrasi.go.id) and apply there independently, or you can save yourself the hassle and obtain your e-Visa On Arrival Indonesia (short e-VOA) with our assistance (application must be done at least 48 hours before your flight). If you require the e-Visa On Arrival within the next 2-3 working days, please let us know, and we will strive to provide it as quickly as possible. The e-Visa on Arrival allows you:
- Tourism: sightseeing, leisure travel, or vacations
- Visiting family or friends
- Business purposes: attending meetings, negotiations, or signing contracts
- Site visits: visiting production sites, mines, offices, or factories
- Medical reasons: receiving treatment or accessing other healthcare services
You have the option to create an account on the immigration portal (evisa.imigrasi.go.id) and apply independently there, or you can save yourself the hassle and obtain your e-Visa On Arrival (e-VOA) with our assistance.

Visa Application
In addition to some personal details and data from the passport, we need the first address in Indonesia and the following documents:
1. Color scan of the whole passport ID page
Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia and have at least one blank page left. A proper scan is recommended, but if you take a photo of the document, ensure that all corners are visible and no fingers are visible.
2. Passport photo/profile picture (JPG/JPEG/PNG format)
White or single-color background and minimum size of 200 KB.
3. Return or Onward Ticket
Proof of an exit ticket from Indonesia. Your flight reservation or booking confirmation for departure is sufficient.
You must submit all data and documents in our application form. You will get access immediately after we receive your payment.
Upon Entry
Upon entry in Indonesia or even at your departure airport, you may have to show multiple documents:
1. Passport
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia and have at least one blank page. Even if you want to extend your visa, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of extension.
2. Visa
We will send you the visa with a QR code. You should print this document for security reasons.
3. Departure ticket
In addition to your flight ticket to Indonesia, your airline may require you to present a return or onward ticket upon departure, or the Indonesian immigration officer at the counter may require you to present an outbound ticket within the visa validity. A flight reservation is sufficient for this purpose.
4. Arrival card
You can add this to your shopping cart with us or fill it out yourself at the earliest 72 hours before entry.

Procedure
- Purchase the e-Visa On Arrival by adding it to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.
- After checkout, you will receive a link to the form where you can enter your data and required documents.
- We will review your application and get back to you if any information is missing.
- Once your e-Visa On Arrival is granted, one of our staff members will contact you via WhatsApp or email and send you your e-Visa On Arrival as a PDF.
Visa Extension
If you order a visa extension together with your e-Visa On Arrival, we will handle the extension process before your first 30 days in Indonesia are up. A personal visit is required for the visa extension. We will inform you of the date and time for your Immigration appointment.
